Planning advice
Three questions before you inquire
Bridge traffic, coastal wind, heat, rain, and storm season affect more than the venue. Ask how the team protects equipment, product, and timelines—and what happens if travel is disrupted.
- 01
What is the all-in estimate at our guest count, including staffing, rentals, tax, and service charges?
Use the answer to compare all-in per-guest estimate across every proposal.
- 02
Which service style best fits our venue kitchen and timeline?
Look for specifics around staffing and rental scope, not a broad promise.
- 03
Are china, glassware, linens, tables, bar, cake cutting, and cleanup included?
Make sure the proposal is clear about menu execution at the actual venue before you sign.

Selected with context, not just a score.
We consider work quality, consistency, relevant local experience, client feedback, and the usefulness of every profile.
